Issue description
After setting up a number of different projects in the system, I now cannot log into the system to view the projects. When an attempt is made to log in, either by the administrator or user account, the following message is displayed:

An error occured


An unhandled exception occurred: Undefined variable: project_count

I am now locked out of the system, and very very frustrated. I am a php programmer and may be able to fix it if I knew which page contained the problem variable. Have submitted multiple reports using the "Submit details for reporting" button but have received no acknowledgement that they were ever received.

Are you using the latest version (3.1.4)? I recall this is a problem we fixed in the past...
